Napredak d.d. is a factory which has became reputable brand in the business, across B&H, thanks to multiannual experience, high level of professionalism of its executives, trained and motivated workers, as well as thanks to implementation of the modern machines, techniques and high quality materials.

Quality policy is constituent and permanent part of business policy of Confection Napredak d.d. Tesanj.

Products and services must satisfy requirements, needs, and expectations of a customer, thereby achieving constant improvement of the system for controlling the quality.

Quality policy obliges every worker as individual, or as a part of a team, to act exclusively in accordance with promoted quality policy. Like this, we involve all our organization units, every employee, all suppliers, and other business partners to work on realization of optimal quality of goods and services.

The main goals of the quality policy are constant profit increasing in community, permanently appreciation of demands, needs, and customer expectations, to strengthen the reputation and brand of the clothing factory Napredak d.d. Tesanj. In addition, to increase satisfaction, motivation and pride of those employed.
